This is my first mod created for The Binding of Isaac, so I've been learning as I've went. To add to this, SUNNY's tear rate cap has been lowered from 5 to 6, so that he can make the most out of tear ups that he can. To offset his lowered damage, he has his own tear rate multiplier! Every tears up will pack a little more punch then they usually do.
